Introduction
Kubuntu 21.10 (Impish Indri) is a standard release that features the beautiful KDE Plasma 5.22.5. In addition, Kubuntu comes with updates to many core packages, including a new 5.13-based kernel, KDE Frameworks 5.86, and KDE Gear 21.08.
It also includes Firefox 92 as the default browser, using the Debian package from the Ubuntu archive, LibreOffice 7.2.1, and Qt 5.15.2.
Kubuntu 21.10 will be supported for nine months until July 2022.
